Halogen-free flame retardant nylon PA6 is mainly composed of phosphorus and nitrogen. The main flame retardant mechanism is charcoal and expansion flame retardant. It can reach UL 94 V-0 (1.6mm, 3.2mm).
The Flame Retardant PA6 material has the advantages of low precipitation, small amount of smoke, small corrosion to the mold, anti-drip, excellent heat resistance, high CTI value, good electrical performance, high impact strength and environmental friendliness. The materials can meet ROHS, REACH and UL compliant. It is widely applied to fire-retardant components such as electronic and electrical products and connectors.
