Halogen Free Flame Retardant Nylon PA66 Granule is a kind of polyamide material with phosphorus and nitrogen as flame retardant elements. The content of glass fiber is 10-35%. Halogen Free PA66 plays a flame retardant role in the mechanism of char formation, expansion and physical cooling. Its flame retardant grade can reach UL94-V0 grade, glow wire test meets GWIT: 750/3.0, GWFI: 850/3.0, with low flame retardant density, good electrical properties, smokeless, less corrosion to the mold, low product shrinkage Etc. The materials can meet ROHS and are widely used in electronic appliances, mechanical parts and automotive industries.
